COPYRIGHT
Once your project is completed and final deliverables are approved, full ownership of all materials created by Charles Book Publishing, as per the agreed project scope, is transferred to you. All content will be free from copyright claims by our company, granting you unrestricted usage and publication rights.
PAYMENT
For all services listed on our website, 100% payment is required upfront before we commence work on your project. Customers are responsible for covering any payment gateway transaction fees and applicable taxes.
REVISIONS
We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work as long as revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery (or up to 14 days in exceptional cases).
Revision turnaround times are based on your order’s urgency level:
Orders with up to 24-hour urgency: Revisions completed within 24 hours
Orders with 24–48-hour urgency: Revisions completed within 48 hours
Orders over 48 hours urgency: Revisions completed within 72 hours
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Before starting any project, we will confirm and document all project requirements with you. If a dispute arises regarding service quality or delivery, resolution will be based on these agreed requirements and standard industry practices.
REFUND POLICY
You may request a full refund before work begins on your project. Once a project has started, any refunds will be adjusted to deduct transaction fees and costs for work already completed.
Refunds will not be issued for services purchased under limited-time promotions or discounted packages. If you are dissatisfied with the completed work, you may request a refund within 5 days of delivery.
Our unlimited revisions policy allows us to attempt to meet your expectations before processing a refund. Refunds are only granted when we are unable to meet the agreed-upon project requirements. Changing your mind or deciding not to proceed with a service does not qualify for a refund.
Failure to request a refund within 5 days of delivery will be taken as confirmation that you are satisfied with the work.
